- 1/4 cup of chia seeds
- 1 cup of soya milk
- 1 small banana
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- Mix the chia seeds, milk and vanilla essence in a bowl and leave overnight in the fridge.
- The next day give the chia seed mixture a good stir and add more milk if its too thick for your own preference.
- Cut up the banana and place on top.
