I hope you all had a lovely Easter!!! ….but unfortunately it is now over. A little of what you like does you no harm and I am sure many of you enjoyed your chocolate filled weekend. However, so that you don’t completely fall off the wagon you need to think of what to do with all that left over chocolate (if there is any ?!?!)
One idea that I get my clients to play around with is making other lower calorie treats or treats which can be stored for longer periods and had once in a while:- Brownies and cakes are especially good as they can be frozen and then had in moderation. Whilst, rice based treats such as chocolate covered rice cakes and rice krispie cakes are great lower calorie alternatives to solid chocolate. The other thing to always consider is taking your bakes into work and sharing.

Whatever you decide – do something other than eating it all! –(don’t let 1 weekend ruin all your hard work and efforts)
