We have all heard of people ‘letting themselves go’ when they get in a relationship, you may even be guilty of it yourself. After all, it is easily done because most of your time with your partner probably revolves around food / alcohol—> cinema (AND FOOD), meals out, drinks (+/- FOOD), movie night in (ICE CREAM) etc.
But, it needn’t be like this at all. By making a few changes you can easily maintain a healthy lifestyle (and relationship). For instance, why not cook a romantic meal for the other half (or even better suggest they cook) – this is usually a lot lower in calories than eating out.
At the cinema, change your snack to salted popcorn and a diet coke- again staying away from the sugar and fat.
Going for drinks? Opt for a spirit and diet mixer – again avoiding the sugar
Whatever you do – don’t let bad habits creep in.
