INGREDIENTS (for 1 portion);
- 4 medium sized ice cubes
- 1 medium sized banana (preferably fair trade)
- 1 tbs of chia seeds
- 250mls of milk (I used almond)
- 1 handful of strawberries
- 1 tbs of nut butter (I used peanut butter)
- Chop up all the banana and strawberries.
- Add all the ingredients into a a blender.
- Blender until the mixture makes a smoothie consistency.
