Guarantee & Refund Policy
No guarantees as to the effectiveness of diet changes for your particular problem / goal are made or implied, as it is impossible to guarantee. Therefore, no refunds for services are given. Dietary changes are not a quick fix or magic pill. The Dietitian is considered a guide or facilitator. You assume equal responsibility by making a commitment in following the dietary changes advised.
Notice of cancellations must be given by email to reach us at least 24 hours before the appointment. If cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, this will result in one of the 3 appointments being used up. Appointments may be canceled and rearranged once.
We reserve the right to cancel a package at our discretion, however we will only do so in the most exceptional circumstances and we will provide a full refund. We accept no liability whatsoever for any financial or other consequences of the cancellation.
Arriving Late For An Appointment
It is your responsibility to arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened or canceled appointment, no refund or additional appointment will be provided in this circumstance.
All 3 video consultations are done using Zoom. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a functioning tablet / phone or computer which enables this software to work adequately for the consultations.
Equally, you should ensure you have adequate technology means to engage with email reviews.
Before booking any service with The Food Treatment Clinic LTD, you must read our terms and conditions. Booking your session indicates that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.
Your session with The Food Treatment Clinic LTD is not intended as a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. You should seek the advice of a qualified doctor before commencing any treatment or if you have any questions related to your mental or physical health, physical fitness, or medical conditions. Also, do not stop or alter any treatment you are currently receiving without prior consent of your doctor.
By following advice from the Dietitian you accept that we can not always guarantee the outcome and that the fees are in consideration of the time and expertise regardless of this. This is due to many other factors presenting as problems and barriers in health related dietary issues.
The Food Treatment Clinic LTD reserves the right to decline to accept or treat any client or individual. Each client is considered on an individual basis and acceptance into and continuation of input is entirely at the discretion of the Dietitian. Any individual who is under the influence of substances, including alcohol or drugs, will not be seen or treated.
We adhere to the ethical code of the British Dietetic Association and the Health and Care Professions Council and will maintain your personal data in line with GDPR law. We will not disclose your personal information to any third party unless required to do so by law or a written request from yourself.

- The ‘package’ duration is 3 consecutive months with the start date being your first consultation and the end date being exactly 3 months from that date.
- The package can not be extended or paused unless in exceptional circumstances which are agreed with us.
- The package includes 3 x 60 minute consultations via video call, weekly email reviews between consultations and 3 x written reports that follow each consultation.
- Weekly emails reviews – the dietitian will inform you of the date of your email review and request that you send the required details the day before. If you choose to not engage with this email review then you will not be entitled to additional reviews to ‘make up’ for this.
Fees & Payment
The cost for this service is 3 x payments of £310.00. Payments will be taken monthly.
