About Bay’s Kitchen
Bay’s Kitchen is owned by Hayley Burdett- a long time IBS sufferer. Hayley found that the low FODMAP diet was able to help manage her symptoms, but that there were very few low FODMAP specific products out there.
Following this experience, Hayley decided to solve the problem by producing her own low FODMAP certified products. No onion or garlic in sight!
Bay’s Kitchen Products
So far, Bay’s Kitchen offers 3 different sauces and a digestive health diary for you to track your symptoms.
The sauces are – tomato and basil, sweet and sour and Jalfrezi curry – all foods which traditionally contain high amounts of FODMAPs.

Other Low FODMAP Sauces
As dietitians, we like to provide you with some information on all of the suitable products out there so you can make your own choices.
Whilst we think Bay’s Kitchen’s products are lovely, these are other brands which also provide low FODMAP sauce options;
Whilst we would usually advocate making sauces from scratch, being on the low FODMAP diet means that you have to make EVERYTHING from scratch. Having a couple of ready made sauces in the cupboard can be a life saver.
Bay’s Kitchen products are certified by FODMAP Friendly in Australia. This is the only registered certification trademark worldwide. Having this certification means that you can have confidence in their products.
Plus, they do taste rather good!
