Do you find it difficult to find sweet, low FODMAP snacks? I hear you!
Foods like milk chocolate, cereal bars, cakes and biscuits are generally all high FODMAP. So, you need to find a low FODMAP, snack alternative.
This recipe is one of my favourites, but I do feel guilty calling it a ‘recipe’ as it is so simple!
Do you love food but hate ‘fussy’ recipes that take a long time to make?

- 50g of dark chocolate
- 12 teaspoons of peanut butter
- Place 1 teaspoon of peanut butter in 12 cupcake cases (I used silicon)
- Freeze for 30 minutes
- Melt the chocolate
- Coat the frozen peanut balls in chocolate
- Freeze again for 1 hour
(Keep stored in the freeze for that crunch!)
