This is one of my go to breakfast favourites as it has everything- fibre, calcium, protein (both added and natural), vitamins and good fats.
If you are looking to gain weight healthily or have a high metabolism- this one is for you. If you are trying to lose weight, then think about cutting out the protein powder, use just 40g of oats and half of the nut butter.
Remember- nutrition is all about the individual and everyone is different so just adjust it to your own needs. – ENJOY

Low in sugar
300mls almond milk
80g blue berries
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein
1 tablespoon of Whole Earth peanut butter
- Mix the milk and protein powder in a shaker first and then add over the oats into a pan
- Cook for the instructed time on the oats packet (approx 3 minutes)
- Take off the heat and serve with peanut butter and berries
