Terms and Conditions – Weight Loss From The Inside Out

1. Terms

By signing up to the program from The Food Treatment Clinic LTD, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. This program is subject to European and UK laws and by signing up to the program, you are agreeing to your responsibility in compiling with these laws. Thus, any complaints or disputes with regards to services from Dietitian Kirsten Jackson or Ro Huntriss will be dealt with in the UK.

2. Use License

Please note, that all materials contained within the program are subject to European and UK copyright laws and are for the personal use of individuals who are current members of the program only. The materials can not be disrupted or modified for wider use, either commercial or otherwise.

If individuals are a current member of the program, they may download materials once for personal use only. Any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of access to the program and legal action will be taken.

3. Disclaimer

The program makes no guarantees on results for individuals either expressed or implied. Whilst the program is highly comprehensive, individual success is impossible to guarantee.

Kirsten Jackson or Ro Huntriss may revise these Terms and Conditions  for its program at any time without notice. By using this program you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Data Protection and GDPR

Personal data is information that can be used to identify you such as your name, IP address, and email address. We process your personal data in order to take payment and communicate with you whilst you are a member of program. We do not share your data with anyone else and have taken GDPR compliant steps to protect your data. We collect personal data from you in the following ways:

  • Transaction: Your name, email address, billing information and payment source will be collected by  Paypal when you sign up to the program. We do not hold this information and will delete it from Teachable when you are no longer a member of the program.
  • Facebook: you will have the option to join our private Facebook group. However, we do not contact you directly on Facebook or access any of your Facebook information. You will also be removed from this group when you are no longer a program member.

⏩ I was going to write the post about body image and how it is normal to have skin rolls after a baby etc. But it's actually f*****g irrelevant. How someone looks is not for you to comment on.

⏩ And the specifics around pregnancy?! imagine that person can't have children or has just lost a baby - imagine how that comment will make them feel. Or perhaps they are pregnant and guess what? They aren't ready to tell you.
